Video
Rose-Hulman Ventures is equipped with an ISDN based unit capable of quickly establishing 384kbps calls to any other ISDN based unit or bridge. The unit is deployed in a well equipped conference room that comfortably sits 6-10 people for video, audio, and web-based collaborations or a custom combination of all three.

Audio
Rose-Hulman Ventures is equipped to accommodate conference calls of up to about 5 remote participants with our digital PBX. Calls requiring a greater number of participants are handled easily through our relationship with WireOne Communications. We can provide both toll-based and toll-free conferencing for up to 100 remote participants.

Web collaboration
Rose-Hulman Ventures partners with WireOne Communications to provide top shelf web collaboration via WebEx technology. When used in conjunction with our video and audio tools, web collaboration with WebEx provides a feature rich distant meeting experience.

All conferencing capabilities are mobile and can be set up in our larger “Patio Room” allowing for conferencing via projection to over thirty people.
